Garff MHK questions condition of amenity
The maintenance of Groudle Glen is complicated by the number of different authorities involved in its management
So says Minister for Environment, Food and Agriculture, Geoffrey Boot.
He was answering a question from Garff MHK Daphne Caine, who wanted to know if he was satisfied with the condition of the Glen as a public amenity.
Mr Boot pointed out the Department carried out work in 17 other glens around the Island and several other bodies had a responsibility for its upkeep.
