Dr Williams discusses recruitment issues and patient numbers with Manx doctors
The Island's GPs have been learning about the challenges of rising patient numbers and recruitment in rural environments at their latest quarterly education session.
Presenting his knowledge and experience was Dr Arfon Williams, who hails from a small town on the north west coast of Wales.
