Tynwald member urges government to pursue innovation despite risk of failure
Government needs to accept some of its ideas will fail as it pursues economic growth.
That's from Member of the Legislative Council Diane Kelsey just over a year after government published its Island Plan.
The latest update to the document will be discussed in Tynwald this month.
