Chief Minister seeking guarantees
Funding provided to Oxfam by the Manx government will remain under review until the outcome of a report into allegations aid workers paid survivors of the 2010 Haiti earthquake for sex.
The charity is under investigation by the Charities Commission for England and Wales.
Back at home, the Chief Minister has described the situation as 'shocking' and the behaviour of individuals involved as 'morally reprehensible' - but warns it shouldn't tarnish the 'excellent' work of many.
Howard Quayle has written to Island charities seeking assurances there are adequate safeguarding rules in place to ensure vulnerable people are protected.
He says Oxfam's handling of the scandal has been subpar:
