Prospect comments follow Saturday closure guidance
Government failed the Manx public at the weekend after it issued advice for people to stay at home.
That's from Mick Hewer from the trade union Prospect who says senior ministers put licensees and their staff in a difficult situation without clear instructions.
It's after two new cases of Covid-19 were identified as 'unexplained' and indicated some level of community spread.
Mr Hewer says people needed government to take charge of the situation:
