Department for Enterprise failed to provide all of the requested data
The Department for Enterprise has been ordered to reprocess part of a Freedom of Information request after failing to provide all of the requested information.
The applicant had asked for information relating to Visit Isle of Man’s structure, salary, board and appointment processes.
However, the response omitted civil service pay scales for each position and contained several broken hyperlinks.
An internal review addressed these issues and provided an updated response, but the applicant 'remained unhappy with the unclear pay scales for some positions'.
As a result, the department will now be required to reprocess part of the request.
