Government sets money aside to increase public interaction 

Alex Allinson confirms road shows will continue this year

A total of £5.3 million has been set aside to improve the government's communications with the public.

The figure was revealed by the treasury minister this week whilst he was answering questions from listeners on Manx Radio's Breakfast programme. 
Alex Allinson says government has been looking at its website and how to get people to interact more. 

The funds will come from the transformation fund.

Dr Allinson added that this year, politicians will again host road shows around the Island and hold the government conference:
