Government has to ensure it gets its housing policy right.
That's according to Douglas North MHK David Ashford, who says housing is "absolutely fundamental to the future of our Island".
He's been speaking to Phil Gawne for today's Perspective programme, which focuses on the Island's housing crisis.
Mr Ashford says if government doesn't get housing right, then it won't deliver on its economic strategy:
