Former resident gives evidence on behalf of "living and departed"
A former resident at a Children's Home says he was giving evidence on behalf of victims "living and departed".
John Guest was giving evidence to the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee hearing on historic child abuse.
Recounting his experiences as a child during the sixties and seventies, Mr Guest called the Knottfield centre an 'unregulated children's home void of compassion'.
He cited the trauma and abuse both he, and friends Chris Glover and Ian Strange encountered, whilst in care.
