1,615 people pre-registered to attend and 150 walked in
Fewer than 2,000 people are believed to have attended the Isle of Man Government Conference.
The cabinet office minister has confirmed there were 1,615 pre-registrations for the two-day event.
There were also 150 people who turned up at the Villa Marina, in September, without registering.
Of those who registered 99 used a government email address and eight used a school address.
