Grace Eames will take charge of Office of Human Resources next month
The Isle of Man Government has appointed a new head of the Office of Human Resources.
Grace Eames takes on the newly-created Chief People Officer, overseeing nearly 8,000 government workers.
Government says she'll play a central role in delivering its five-year people strategy to build a more engaged, skilled and inclusive public service.
Ms Eames says: "I am delighted to be joining at such an important time. There is real ambition within Government and a commitment to building a culture where colleagues feel valued and supported. I look forward to working with teams across government to turn that ambition into something people can feel every day."
She'll take up the role on 1 June when Julie Bradley, who currently leads OHR, is set to retire after 30 years of public service.
