"They might be a little red-faced in the Statistics office today"
The Isle of Man Government has apologised after an official letter mistakenly included an item on a civil servant's shopping list.
The words 'tomato puree' appeared on the letter which intended to invite residents to complete a Household Income and Expenditure Survey.
Posting to social media, the Manx government joked the 'statistics office might be a little red-faced', followed by a tomato emoji.
