Ramsey Cottage Hospital has been told it's doing a superb job developing staff potential and involving them in everything it does.
The hospital has been awarded the Gold Investors in People award - achieved by only the top 2% of organisations across all sectors in the UK and islands.
To win it, the Ramsey hospital went through a top-to-bottom assessment which included interviews with staff.
The gold standard acknowledges excellence in meeting more than 165 benchmarks.
