Advice comes amid ongoing travel disruption

The OFT is also urging people to check with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) before booking tickets, so they know exactly what they're entitled to if they run into difficulty.
Anyone needing advice can also contact the OFT by calling 01624 686500 or emailing iomfairtrading@gov.im.
