Education Minister Daphne Caine hoping to retain seat in September
One of Garff's sitting MHKs has announced their intention to stand for re-election in September.
Daphne Caine, who is currently the Minister for Education, Sport and Culture, has represented the constituency since 2016.
She says her priorities, if elected, would be education, health and housing, as well as the economy, environment, heritage and culture.
Daphne says: "I feel so blessed to live on this beautiful, unique island and if re-elected I will channel my energy and experience and work to reduce inequalities and bring positive change."
Also standing in Garff are Anthony Allen, Sean Bostrom and Peter Kermeen.
The General Election is taking place on Thursday 24 September.
