Infrastructure Minister says assessments are ongoing
Further improvements could be made to lighting on the runway at Ronaldsway if the funding is made available.
That's from Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas following recent improvements to the Instrument Landing System at the Island's airport.
More advanced versions of the system would enable pilots to land at Ronaldsway in lower levels of visibility.
Mr Thomas says it's something that would need financial support from government:
