Tynwald committee suspends work
A fresh criminal investigation has been started into historic abuses at a former children's home.
It's after new evidence has come to light concerning what happened at Knottfield, which closed down in 1983.
Tynwald's Social Affairs Policy Review Committee, which had been hearing evidence, has suspended its inquiry and passed on submissions to the Chief Constable.
