
Another person was arrested on the Island last night (Thurs) as police continue their investigation into multi-million pound fraud and money laundering offences.
The person was arrested around 7.15pm as they arrived on the Island from the UK where they had been questioned by officers from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
The suspect is being questioned by police on the Island about conspiracy and money laundering offences on the Island and police say they are looking for another individual, currently thought to be in the UK, in relation to the same offences.
Officers from the Isle of Man Constabulary Financial Investigation Team, HMRC and NCA continued their searches at a number of addresses around Douglas yesterday and say these will continue today (Fri)
