Woman accused of impersonating a police officer
There's been a further adjournment ahead of the trial of a Douglas woman who denies impersonating a police officer.
Twenty-two-year-old Jodi-Layne Gush has also pleaded not guilty to affray and possessing an offensive weapon, namely an air pistol.
She appeared before Deemster Alastair Montgomerie at the Court of General Gaol today.
Her advocate Dawn Jones asked for the adjournment as she needed to make sure Miss Gush was fit to instruct and fit to plead.
Deemster Montgomerie called the situation regrettable, but agreed it was necessary for a further delay, until November 30.
