Stuart Baggs is laid to rest in Douglas
Stuart Baggs has been laid to rest this afternoon, after his funeral at St Ninian’s Church in Douglas.
Friends and family, all wearing blue, paid tribute to the TV star and businessman who grew up in the Island, at a packed celebration of life ceremony (21 August).
They described the 27 year old as fun-loving and described their shock at his sudden death from an asthma attack three weeks ago.
He had caught the local media's eye just days before, when his company Blue Wave Communications launched a new 4G home broadband product.
His untimely death triggered a wave of tributes from well-wishers, including many who admired Stuart's appearance on the BBC show The Apprentice in 2010.
Stuart’s mum Rosemary said many of those present would have known a different Stuart to the man who appeared on TV:
