MSF says public can choose who they donate to
The CEO of Crossroads Care claims the success of the Manx Solidarity Fund may have left other charities out of pocket.
It's paid out £170,000 to support those affected by the pandemic.
But Jackie Bettridge says the fund took donations which may otherwise have gone to others in the third sector:
