Not living local could generate success, says poll winner
A newly-elected Castletown Commissioner believes an outsider's perspective will bring stability to proceedings.
James Cubbon topped the polls at last night's local authority elections (Thu), securing 645 votes.
He's the only member of the board not to live in the town - residing in nearby Ballabeg.
But he said that won't hinder his ambitions:
Mr Cubbon will join James Barrow, Colin Leather, Jeremy Ludford-Brooks, Richard McAleer, David Parnell and Carol Quine on the board.
