A new initiative aimed at raising food safety standards and improving compliance with hygiene regulations has been launched by the Department of Environment Food and Agriculture.
Restaurant owners, café managers, takeaway operators and mobile food vendors are being invited to participate in a series of 'Safer Food, Better Business' workshops at the Knockaloe classroom in Patrick, starting on the 13th of February.
