DoI offer due to promenade disruption
Anyone travelling from Onchan, Baldrine and Laxey can now take the bus into Douglas for free.
It's being offered by the Department of Infrastructure due to traffic congestion caused by the north-bound one-way system on Douglas promenade.
'Go cards' loaded with 18 journeys will be valid Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 9 in the morning, and 4:30 and 6pm.
Those who want one, are asked to go in to Douglas and collect them from the Sea Terminal Welcome Centre, with proof of their identity and address.
You can get the cards from tomorrow, and the initiative will begin next Monday.
