Deputy High Bailiff declines jurisdiction
A Foxdale man will stand trial after denying supplying cocaine, possessing criminal property and possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Forty-two-year-old William Paul Christian, of Archallagan Terrace, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
The offences allegedly took place at his home on 19 August last year.
Mr Brooks declined jurisdiction saying the case would be sent to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Mr Christian was bailed and will appear in court again on 2 August.
