OBE for master watchmaker
A watchmaker from Ramsey leads the Manx representations in the Queen's 2018 birthday honours list.

Voirrey Heaton has been awarded an MBE for services to equality in the NHS, along with Lesley Turnbull, who is honoured for her work with seriously ill children and their families.
Also on the list is Wing Commander Pheric Thrussell, with a British Empire Medal (BEM) for leadership within the Isle of Man Cadet Forces.
Manx worthies are nominated annually by the Queen's representative here, His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor.
