Ice cold temperatures are bringing public services in the capital to a standstill.
Well... At least one of them.
A photograph of the fountain outside Douglas Town Hall, hypnotically frozen solid in mid-flow, is proving a viral hit on social media this morning.
It comes just days after Manx Utilities announced its water rates would be frozen Island-wide.
Police earlier claimed temperatures on the Mountain Road reached an unprecedented -6°C.
