Crews spend six hours putting out fire at Swiss Chalet
Forty firefighters spent the early hours of this morning tackling a blaze in the Glen Helen area.
It took crews from Peel, Kirk Michael, and Douglas six hours to extinguish the fire at the Swiss Chalet.
Those inside managed to evacuate the property safely, after being alerted by a smoke detector, with no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
