Gareth Young left teaching but supports his former colleagues
A former teacher says those educators striking this week are 'making a stand to be heard'.
Today (WEDNESDAY) marks the second phase of the NASUWT's industrial action – the union is striking in a row over better pay and conditions.
A number of schools and year groups are affected by the walkout.
Teachers will also strike tomorrow.
