The Bay Queen was built in 1920s
Work to demolish a former hotel on Port St Mary Promenade, could get underway later this month.
The footpath and parking surrounding the Bay Queen will be suspended for demolition and reconstruction work.
Restrictions will be in place between 20 September and 19 March.
The derelict building, and surrounding land, was purchased by Hartford Homes in 2007 for £4 million.
Plans to redevelop the site into two blocks of 45 apartments were approved in 2018.
They were revised earlier this year and now include 23 apartments, a cafe, spa and gym.
