Questions on Programme for Government
The Chief Minister has accused his former Health Minister of "negative spin".
In Keys yesterday, Kate Beecroft asked about the process of making amendments or deletions to the programme of government.
Mr Quayle called it a living document and outlined how changes for 2018/19 submitted were considered by COMIN and approval given on March 1st. These would now be laid before Tynwald.
But this didn't satisfy Mrs Beecroft who pressed for clarity going forward
