A former MHK is calling for a public referendum into government's climate change targets.
Ex-Douglas South representative Paul Quine believes a vote should take place alongside next year's House of Keys General Election.
In 2022, government committed to cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 35 percent by 2030, and reaching net zero by 2050.
