Chris Thomas claims a 'fairer' system to pay for waste disposal is needed
The former infrastructure minister says there should be a 'fair' way of paying for civic amenity sites across the Island.
Residents in the north have to show ID to be able to use the northern site after Bride Commissioners decided to stop paying its contribution to it.
The Western Civic Amenity Site has issued a statement which says it won't be taking waste from people outside of the catchment to 'protect' residents.
