Ex-MHK says those making decisions "don't care" about Isle of Man
A former Chief Minister of the Isle of Man is urging government to crack down on Jersey's influence over Manx banks.
Tony Brown says those making decisions affecting local branches "don't care" because they aren't based here.
It follows the recent announcement from Lloyds that its branches in Castletown and Peel will shut in the New Year.
Mr Brown, who served in the House of Keys for 30 years, told the Mannin Line there needs to be a change:
