Allan Bell is calling for communication to be given greater attention

Communication between government and the wider public has been 'absolutely abysmal' during this administration, according to a former chief minister.

Allan Bell has told Manx Radio there needs to be more teamwork and more collective agreement within government.

The former Ramsey MHK described there being just five acts for promulgation on Tynwald Day as 'a bit disappointing'.

He says it's important the public understand what's happening:
