Residents deserve to know when they will be completed, says Brown
Former Chief Minister Tony Brown has hit out at the government for going back on promises regarding the horse tram renovations.
The original plans, as part of the promenade revamp, included the service running the length of Douglas seafront.
At present the lines cover just Queens and Harris promenades.
Mr Brown claims the change is down to 'a lack of vision and political will'.
He is also suggesting the Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall is unlikely to be receiving support from the Council of Ministers.
