5-a-side competition in Jamie Haslett's memory
The legacy of a popular Island teenager has been continued through the Beautiful Game.
A social football tournament took place in Laxey to remember the life of Jamie Haslett.
The 19-year-old was struck down by a police car - driving almost twice the speed limit without lights or sirens - in Sheffield in 2010.
Yesterday was the sixth 5-a-side competition held in his memory at Laxey Football Club with people of all ages turning up.
Those taking part also helped raise money for Victim Support.
Jamie's mother, Angela, flew back from New Zealand especially to attend.
