Every evening Manx residents can pick up items from volunteers
People are being encouraged to consider reducing their food waste by donating it rather than binning it.
Debbie Thomson is one of a number of volunteers collecting food items every evening and distributing them for free on an app called Olio.
In May she started collecting things like bread, salads, and fruit that were still edible but past their 'sell by' date.
Debbie told Manx Radio she'd like to raise more awareness about the app so more people can be helped:
