Report into longer term future due in next month
On-Island flour production should be secure for the next two years but a report into its longer term future is due in the next month.
The environment, food and agriculture minister gave an update on the future of wheat processing in this month's sitting of Tynwald.
It comes after Laxey Glen Mills lost around 80 per cent of its business following the closure of Ramsey Bakery earlier this year.
