Runway closed after jet skids off on landing
Flights to and from Liverpool are currently suspended after an incident in which a private jet skidded off the runway on landing.
Four people were on board, none of whom were hurt, but the runway has been closed.
The 7:15am flight to Liverpool did get away, however was diverted to land in Manchester, which has lead to the cancellation of the 9:20am flight from Liverpool to the Island.
Passengers are advised to check with their airlines before travelling.
