Some airlines offering credit vouchers instead of cash refund
The rules around refunds for air passengers have changed during the coronavirus crisis, meaning some can only get credit vouchers.
Brian Kelly from the Online Regional Travel Group, which includes Visit IoM and Mann Link Travel, says the company has been working to help those with travel plans affected by the pandemic.
However, the International Air Transport Association's rules mean not all airlines are issuing cash refunds for cancelled flights.
Mr Kelly says there been some alterations since the outbreak started:
Main road between Peel and Douglas to shut for tree felling
'Targeted and intelligence led approach' to protect Island's borders during Irish sailings
Airport Director role advertised with top salary of £120,000
