Sessions to raise funds and awareness
The founder of a mental health charity is highlighting the link between physical and mental health ahead of a fitness event in aid of the organisation.
Reach has joined up with Next Level Fitness in Onchan to put on a bootcamp, which it's hoped could become a regular occurrence.

Adam Hudgeon says exercise plays a big part in managing his own mental health struggles:
The sessions take place at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm at Next Level Fitness in Onchan for a charitable donation. There are still places available in the 6pm and 8pm slots, which can be booked by contacting the gym through Facebook or Instagram.
