But no plans to bring in ILO BMI requirements

That’s from the Royal National Lifeboat Institution’s fishing safety manager for the UK and Ireland.
In the United Kingdom an International Labour Organisation Agreement means that, from November, crews will have to have a medical certificate showing a BMI of 35 or less.
