Ramsey Lifeboat helped get a seriously injured local fisherman off his boat this morning.
A rescue helicopter from RAF Valley was also scrambled to airlift the man.
It happened at around 8am.
After receiving treatment on board, the man was airlifted off it and flown straight to a specialist unit in the UK for treatment.
Details of his condition, or the exact nature of his injuries, have not been officially released.
