Lifesaver urges public to take care
A retired fireman says he defied years of training when he entered the water in Douglas Marina to help rescue a tourist in distress on Friday.
Bobby Moore just happened to be passing by North Quay as members of the public noticed a man in his mid-60s had fallen in trying to board a yacht.
He then went in himself to help before emergency services arrived.
