The Island’s Fire and Rescue Service says it’s dealt with a fire in central Douglas this afternoon.
At around 3.30pm, the service said it had sent two fire crews to the back of Prospect Hill after reports of a blaze.
Firefighters found a fire in a roof at the rear of the Prospect Hotel.
Nearby offices were evacuated, including the government jobcentre in Nivison House.
