Emergency crews are dealing with a large gorse fire on Peel Hill.

Photographs on social media show the blaze in a field shortly before Corrin's Folly.

The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue service confirmed officers are in attendance at the scene.

Police are asking the public to avoid the area for the time being.
