Partner retracts complaint
A Peel man accused of assaulting his girlfriend has been bound over to keep the peace.
Twenty-eight-year-old Ryan Lee Shepherd of Kerroo Coar appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
Prosecution advocate James Robinson told the court he was withdrawing the allegation he'd attacked his partner on 6 December after she retracted her complaint.
Magistrates bound Shepherd over in the sum of £500 to keep the peace for a year.
