Finch Road reverting back to normal direction next week

Church Road Marina roundel will also open in full

Finch Road in Douglas will revert back to its original direction next week.

The stretch is currently reversed, between Mona Terrace and Church Road Marina, as part of the Douglas Promenade refurbishment.

However, from Thursday, 30 September it will go back to the original layout heading towards Prospect Hill.

On the same day the Church Road Marina roundel will open in full.

Currently it's only open for vehicles going both ways on Douglas Promenade and exiting the promenade up Church Road Marina.

The bus stop, and parking, on Prospect Hill will also be reinstated.

Government says all the changes will come into effect by 7am on the day (30 September).
