The scope of a potential Government Reform Bill is also under review which could include modernising legislation, reducing bureaucracy, and improving regulatory frameworks.
However Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper criticised the report saying it "sounds like it was written by expensive consultants but has no meaning":
